Join Biocon as a Training & Growth Program Leader, where you will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of training and growth initiatives. In this role, you will work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify learning needs, create curricula, and deliver effective training programs. Your responsibilities will involve evaluating training effectiveness, managing training budgets, and continuously improving programs to support employee development and organizational growth.    4. Evaluation and Enhancement: Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements to optimize learning outcomes.
   5. Resource Management: Efficiently manage program resources, including budget allocation and vendor relationships, to maximize program effectiveness and efficiency.
   6. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the organization to promote professional development and innovation.

Credentials :

1.   Undergraduate degree in Human Resources ,  Organizational Growth , Learning or Master’s degree desirable
2.   X+ years of experience in training and professional development , With a demonstrated history of designing and executing effective training initiatives.
3.   Extensive expertise in principles of adult learning , Instructional design methodologies and techniques for training evaluation 
4.   Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
5.   Capacity to thrive in a dynamic setting, effectively prioritize tasks, and oversee multiple projects concurrently.
6. Training and development certification is advantageous.
